From Marketing to Health & Safety, the traditional model is to bring in an expert at each ‘stage’ of growth, in order to free up the time of the Owner / Operator to fulfil another specialised task which may or may not a forte. The spiralling costs of outgoing payments in all aspects of business, mean that it’s time for us to look for a new model of acquiring those skills.
101 aims to remedy this. Paying a monthly subscription, we will provide you with the personnel, armed with the necessary skill set, for the period of the project you are looking to accomplish, to take you to the next level. If you require a permanent member of staff afterwards, then you will be producing the revenue for that hire before the hire, rather than chasing the turnover to pay for it afterwards.
