Module 1

Pen & Paper Maths: How does any of this work? Description: A deep dive into the subjects of GP% / Actual vs Theo / Variance / Line by Line Stock reconciliation. Duration 3HRS

Module 2 Where the money goes: Breaking down expenditure. Description: A higher level look into the area of cost to your business, including COS % / Wage % / Rent / VAT & TAX. Duration 3HRS

Module 3 A P&L of your choosing: Going through actual P&L's & figures. Description: Taking a view into real life examples, looking into live P&L's. Duration 3HRS

Module 4 Putting it all together: Content Review/ Q&A / How to Teach/ Project Submission. Description: Tying together the concepts we've covered, Q&A session, review the learning, teaching the theory, and planning the business project.

Each Module session runs from 10:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 17:00

Learning Outputs

  • Tested and recorded results for Module 1, 2, & 3.

  • A business proposal / project will be submitted during Module 4, aimed at how to improve a 'Hard Skilled' area of your business.
